Hello, this is my first post here so apologies if I have put it in the wrong place. I have a customer in China who says "item not as described". It was a part "silver" cruet set (2 pieces), I previously sold the rickshaw which they belonged to and that had a stamp. I put in my listing that neither these pieces were stamped, but he is saying they are not silver and wants a refund. I'm not very happy about this but I have told him I will refund him. I have never had a dispute before so when I looked at the relevant Paypal page I'm confused by the 2 button options which are "Yes - grant the refund or "no - click to see other options. If I say grant the refund, does that mean that Paypal will pay him the refund BEFORE I get the item back? Thank you.
