1. The person I called that told me the money is mine and their is no way the sender can take the money back. Should have gave me the correct information and not misled me. He reassured me that I have nothing to worry about and the money was mine no mater what. 2. Kim should not have blamed me for everything when it was Paypals failure to give me the correct information and told me the money is mine no mater what. She should not have told me "If I would have signed up for sellers insurance, Papal would take the hit and give me the 500" April told me that's a lie and theirs nothing to sign up for. So I think that's another reason paypal should take the hit for this besides telling me the sender can not take the money back. 3.PayPal told me they Record EVERY SINGLE CALL. Two representatives told me every call is recorded and Now you can't find it? That is unacceptable. If You PayPal say Every call is recorded then I should not hear we can't find it. Once again a another lie from you. 4.Paypal should not treat me like Im a nobody and nothing. I am important and not something that should be thrown away. Though out this whole ordeal PayPal has treated me UNFAIRLY, LIED and treated me and made me feel like Im NOTHING. I hope you don't treat all of your customers this way. 5. Papal should just own up to their mistakes and Apologies to me and take the hit and give my my 500 bucks because of everything I have listed. Theirs a lot more but I don't have the room in this to list everything. It is unacceptable for Papal to TELL me that their is nothing that the sender can do to take back the money then take the money away from me and turn around and blame me and treat me like **bleep**! I will fight this so hard and take this up as far as I can. I will blob about it, I will call channel 5 on my side news about it and everything I do now Is being documented on my side.
