I don't know if this helps but I found out that a 'migration process' caused me a lot of frustration. Apparently even though I had money in my PayPal account, I had to register a credit card. The only thing is that I was using PayPal for the exact purpose to avoid using a credit card! I think the merchant had to put a programming patch so that the credit card requirement was circumvented. The communicating between PayPal and the merchant and trying to get to the bottom of finding out the actual problem. However, after several attempts and 4 hours on the telephone, I am glad to see it is finally resolved for not only myself but others. I owe PayPal an apology since initially, it looked as if they were the problem because I knew that the merchant gets the software from PayPal so that customers can use PayPal to pay for transactions. However, apparently it is the merchant who has to not delay a 'migration process'! Joanne
