I've had my Paypal account for probably 7 years now. I've upgraded it multiple times as I've gone from an individual to a business, and I've never had a single bad transaction. I've never had a chargeback, I've never had a refund, I use it for actual company services, as well as doing some small eBay sales on the side, and out of the blue today I see that there is a 21-day hold on ALL of my incoming transactions. Not just eBay but transactions conducted on my business website for my company services that are paid through paypal. How is it, that I am a customer who has used the service for years, never had a SINGLE black mark on my account, have it synched with 5 different payment methods (2 bank accounts, 3 cards) that I am now having my money put on hold? It would be had enough if my eBay transactions were held (I have never had negative feedback or any issues at all) but the fact that you're holding ALL transactions for 3 weeks?! That's absolutely ABSURD because there is zero justification for it. I want to know how I can get this lifted because unless I can do that, I will no longer be using paypal because it is the worst sort of business practice to essentially steal from people who use your service (which is EXACTLY what this hold is).
