Hello, I am new to eBay and thought I followed the rules pretty percisely when I found myself loosing the batle due to the trust I placed in the seller. I tried over and over through emails to get the product I paid for to no resolve or restitution. I have paid for an item that I purchased from an eBayer in China when I noticed other complaints regarding the same problem I have had. The item was a jacket and I specified my size in( USA size), however they sent and item that was much too small which other eBayers have complained about. I sent the item back for a larger size in agreement that they would send me a larger size. They never sent me the larger size. I didn't receive anything. I did let it go out of the 45 day range as I was communicating with the seller whom promised to ship my item. They never did. I'm out of the money I paid for the item and the costly shipping charges to receive the item and mail it back for the larger size. I think regardless of the 45 days, if it's a seller that's been around for some time, they know the ins and outs and take advantage of new buyers like myself. They should be spoken to or warned or some kind of disciplinary actions should take place so that others are not ripped off also. What a shame and it has left me not able to trust and not wanting to do much business on eBay. It has just put a damper on my enthusiasm to sell or buy. Can't anything be done to these people who are not reputable and rip us off?
