my conclusion is, PAYPAL employees wander around all day drooling on them selfs and walking into walls. they insist they do not send emails that refer you to check lists that do not exist. go to, "Contact Us by phone or email." "email us" "negative balance/limitations" "how do i resolve my limitation" case ID type "none". (you can type anything, no body will ever read it. pay pal just gives you this form to play with while they ignore you.) this is what you will receive, "Dear ***, Thank you for inquiring as to how to restore access to your account. PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account and need more information to help us provide you with secure service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. To return your account to regular standing, please complete the checklist items indicated when you login to your account and click on the link provided on the "Account Overview" page. The link will appear as: "Your account access is limited: Click here for Details." Once you complete all of the checklist items, our Account Review team will review your case and send you an email with the outcome of the review. Cases are reviewed in the order they are received. We regret any inconvenience, and we would like to restore your access as soon as possible. Please do not respond to this email, as responses to this message will not be answered. Sincerely, PayPal Account Review Team This email is sent to you by the contracting entity to your User Agreement, either PayPal Inc, PayPal Pte. Ltd or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. Société en Commandite par Actions, Registered Office: 5th Floor 22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg RCS Luxembourg B 118 349. ****************************** ************** Note: As always, make sure that you are logging into a secure PayPal page by looking for 'https://www.paypal.com/' at the beginning of the URL. ********************************************" it is a bot, they have it set to send the same response to all messages. probably because the employee working at this station cant figure out how to turn his computer on and just sits there banging his head against the wall and mumbling " turn on, turn on, turn on". I suggested to the only human I could find at PAYPAL, who denies the existence of this bot, that she have IT show her how to change the settings on the system. I am certain this threw her into seizures as she can not spell IT and seeing that many letters at once must have been painful. several employees also insisted I never had any limitations or holds on my account, there was nothing in my history. I went into my history, "print screen" my history and sent all the "hold on", "limitation on", hold removed" and limitation removed" entries to them. I am sure the local paramedics have their hands full with all the employees who saw that history wandering dazed into the streets. They even blamed EBAY. said they think EBAY placed the limitations and holds but PAYPAL does not know why. lets hope a hacker never attacks my account. if they have no record of what EBAY does, just think of what a hacker could get away with. all he would have to do was ask for my funds, they would give it to him, and have no record of it happening. it would be in my history as " gave hacker all funds" but they would deny it. If they ever hire anyone with even a minimum of intelligence, they don't need a college education, but they should at least know their own name, I will explain that referring people to checklists that do not exist to remove a limitation because you do not have a reason for the limitation and therefore can not follow the check list, I will explain how this check list is not helpful. until then, I can only suggest you contact every email address until you find the one that is not a bot. then insult the person who responds, often, as they do respond to abuse. be sure to document everything, you will need it when they deny everything and you turn it over to your state's district attorney. now I have to update my credit card info because i just got a new card. this should take months. "I just got a new card" " i will be happy to dispute that purchase" no, I just need to change the expiration date" " yes, mountain climbing is fun" i dont want to climb a mountain, i need to change my credit card info" I will probably have to complain to my states district attorney just to get the expiration date changed.
