I bought a watch on eBay from a company in Connecticut. I live in Michigan. It was shipped first class USPS mail on July 5 with delivery confirmation. Using the tracking number I know it was in Grand Rapids Michigan on July 9 - about 20 miles from my house. It then disappeared for three days. I next found an entry that it was "scanned" in Lancaster PA. I notified the seller that the package was being misdirected by the post office. Later that day, a new entry was added the the item was "delivered" to Lancaster PA. I filed a claim with Paypal. This should be pretty simple. I called the post office in Lancaster PA and "Jennifer" there was able to tell me that the watch was delivered to the "QVC" warehouse located there. It looks like the package is lost but Paypal has it "under review". In such a clear cut case of misdelivery, what is taking them so long? A refund should be automatic. This was clearly misdelivered and I never eceived it and the electronic "paper trail" proves it. Of course, the longer Paypal takes to "review" things, the longer it has the use of the money. I really think this is deliberate to maximize Paypal's bottomline at the expense of its customers. I intend to report it to the BBB and FTC.
