i called paypal customer service but they dont seem to know what im talking about. they said i'd have to call my creditcard company about this. but the issue here is PAYPAL , not my cc company. someone PLEASE tell us how to fix this. please just change my creditcard account to USD instead of CAD, that simple! Also, i emailed Paypal about this issue, and to request to change my creditcard to USD (it IS a USD creditcard). I emailed twice but have NOT gotten a reply for 3 business days.. is this normal.?
