hey, recently sold an item for £120.50 including shipping inside of the UK, the item was working totally fine before sending, the buyer now claims the item is faulty and is 'not as described' and has filed for a full refund, on the invoice i sent him i clearly stated no returns. Am i covered? clearly the user has broken the item and is now trying to scam me of my money, what do i do? Will i have to give him the refund?
