I have 2 email addresses entered for my Paypal account, my personal address and my business address. I have the business address selected as the Primary address so that it appears on email invoices that are sent to my clients, but my personal email (non-primary) address appears on the invoices instead. Oddly the Primary email address does appear correctly on Reminder Invoices, just not on the original invoice.

Chuff - how do you bill your clients now if your not using PayPal? I agree that PayPal's customer service is horrendous! It took them 6 months to fix this critical issue which should have been a top priority. I've tried to find an alternative to PayPal for electronic billing, but all the options I found charged a monthly fee for their service which was not economical for me at this point.

I assume you are talking about the invoice email. This issue was fixed today. Logo's should now be appearing at the top of your invoice emails.
