Hi everyone, I have been selling on eBay for quite a few years now and for the first time ever I have a problem with a customers purchased goods. I sent out there item last week (7th June) and they have stated that they still haven't received the goods. Anyway I send out all items recorded delivery by royalmail (signature required) and print postage labels via PayPal. It cuts down time and makes life so much easier. Just one problem though, I can't for the life of me find the tracking number and I no longer have the postage label because the item was sent. How do I track to see if the customer is trying there luck as some do..? Please can someone point me in the right direction because I am lost as what to do now..?
