This issue started for us a few weeks ago after 3 years of no problems. We clear cookies, restart, etc. No help. Paypal - please fix this. Very annoying.

Same problem here...for a few weeks now, no mater what is entered in the search field all records are returned. Tried IE and Firefox, same problem. This was slow, but worked, before. Anyone else?
