I ordered a large filter for our pool. I received two packs of face masks. I contacted the seller and PayPal and I was told to return them to the seller for a refund. I returned them, sent PayPal the shipping receipt and waited. The package was returned because the seller gave me the wrong address. (It says so right on the package and I used the EXACT address given to me from PayPal.) I contacted PayPal to let them know and their response to me was for me to do nothing,that they had all of the info needed. Today I got an email stating that my claim was denied because, "We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because the dispute was submitted with insufficient information/documentation to support the claim and we were unable to obtain the required information/documentation after requesting it from you." How is this possible and what can I do? They have no employees to answer calls, so am I supposed to do?
