I have had this occur multiple times over a time period of months, I have tried many many ways of altering changing the receipients address and information to be accepted to PayPal, I have not been able to get PP to accept those addresses. I believe there is something broken in the team that maintains this part of the system: 1. Why is there not a response here as to the exact causes and solutions if this is an input formatting problem. Please post here the causes/solutions. 2. I have sent hundreds of packages with PP since PP went online, something seemed to have changed in the PP system in the last year that is causing PP to reject creating shipping labels. 3. Why is the error no more specific than "PP Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience." Can the developers do no better than this? If the problem is an end-user correctable problem, why not explain that? The lack of an indication that this is an end-user correctable problem causes me to doubt the notion that I can somehow work arround this problem. My invested time also supports this. Olivia, I appreciate your feedback and effort, but I have to believe something is broken within the PP developer teams that no one cares enough to properly explain or fix this problem. Im sorry to say it, but it seems true from the outside. Sincerely, Caneron Elliott
