I have set all that up in account settings, copy the code when allocating use shipping method in my account settings rather than set specific amount and when i paste the code in my website shipping just disappears. I do everything right and it still don't work. I've called and talked to Tech support for hours and hours and all anyone knows how to do is send me to my account settings. Ive already been there. you can go to elsieskitchen.net to check it out yourself. When you hit the drop down menu for quantity it does not add shipping. When I set the button to use my account settings which I set up for quantity6 not weight it simply doesn't work shipping dissapears altogether2
