I told paypal that I had been scammed into a phony website, and never got anything for my money which was under 10.00 Dollars and I filed a Dispute after 2 daus and the * seller* never responded to the dispute, and their email address has a * Vacation* notice autoreply setup I cant get anywhere with the seller, I escalated it to a Claim, and within seconds, after i did that I was told by paypal that I lost the case ??? There is no way a human body actually took a look at that, this quick how do i file an appeal ?? or is this the final verdict?? I also reported the site to paypal as a FRAUD SITE hopefully that will do something .. can someone please tell me how to appeal a closed case online, I refuse to call paypal .. last time I did the lady **bleep** me off so much .. i ended up swearing at her and she hung up on me Thanks Chris
