When in the resolution center, anytime I try to use any of the functions to either view, or add information, or respond to disputes. I get a "Sorry - your last action could not be completed" message which seems to be because the resolution center is redirecting to an old webpage. It still uses the old paypal layout from a decade ago. This has been going on for a year now. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, to which paypal completely ignored, I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions, and I either get an automated response, or they never respond at all. I am tired of this. If I lose this dispute because I cannot view it and paypal wont help fix the problem, I am closing my paypal account forever, I will go over to amazon pay or google wallet.
