Hi there. I have never applied to PayPal Cash Plus, which all of the sudden appeared in my account when Ebay (PayPal is an eBay spinoff corporation for those who didn't know) wanted to make an unauthorized charge and my account had no balance and my Bank of America bank account and backup credit card did not have sufficient funds to cover the unauthorized Ebay charge. When I asked PayPal, I was told government made them open it, which seems really fishy, because I don't think a government, without my knowledge or agreement, would allow, pardoned me, force PayPal to open an account for me, which could generate a negative balance in the amount of over $3,000.00.... Especially suspicious, that the first time I have ever heard about PayPal Cash Plus was when eBay generated the over $3,000.00 negative balance on my never-before-seen PayPal Cash Plus... To those who actually applied for and have a genuine PayPal Cash Plus account, can you please help me out by answering the following questions: 1. How did you apply for it? (Did you receive a confirmation when you applied? Do you have a card with it? Did you get the card automatically or you had to apply for it separately?) 2. How do you know you have a PayPal Cash Plus account? (Is it listed on your summary page? Is it listed as a payment method?); 3. Were you ever allowed to have a negative balance with you PayPal Cash Plus account? 4. When you have zero balance, does it still indicate on the on the summary page that your PayPal Cash Plus has a zero balance or does it only say PayPal Balance? All of your help would be greatly appreciated.
