I have sold an eBay item (plants) to a customer in Japan. There is always a risk of confiscation when it comes to plants. My eBay ad description outlines the possible risk...and customers are asked not to buy my plants if they are not in agreement with the risk. The customer from Japan made the purchase. My question is..."If the package I send to the customer in Japan is confiscated, will I be required to refund the cost of the item and the cost of shipping if the customer files a complaint?"
