HI, you guys are so right. there is no solution for the seller. They just took 400.00 from my account at midnite for a claim that someone who claimed he received an item not as described. He received the item back in December. He never returned the item. They claim they "are in the trenches fighting for you" BS. I was told that the buyers credit card company file the complaint and they don't "believe" they can fight the dispute. They also charged me 20.00 for the handling of the case. I cannot believe they would allow a buyer to keep an item and give a refund. They explained that I should contact the buyer and ask for my item to be returned. What kind of crap is that. Last time I felt like this was when my home was broken into. Sick to my stomach. Good luck with your issue. Paypal thanks for helping me re-live some bad memories.
