Story sound framiliar? I upgraded my accounts to be a bigger seller 45 days ago. The first 20 items sold worldwide. I tried to sweep the $1000 into my account. No can do. $500/month limit. So I listed my checking/bank info and established the appropriate info. Swept the money while more poured in. One item arrived broken and I refunded the buyer. No problem. The VERY NEXT DAY... I get the 21 day hold message. i'VE TRIED TO E-MAIL OR PHONE pAYpAL; NO CONTACT. It's basic to me after having another 30 perfect transactions. FILE COMPLAINTS WITH YOUR STATE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCIES. After paying these fees; we deserve much, much better. And I feel the North Carolina Consumer Protection Division will feel the same way. Either fix my account or I'm going to contact the State of North Carolina.
