Dear David, You didn't read the whole thread, did you? I fell sorry, because I provided very detailed description of this error. I was hoping that by doing this way I would help the others with the some problem. For your information (in short form): - Yes I did clear cache, cookies etc. I even tried using different computers, browsers and different network locations at different times of day. - Yes I did call PP support and Access Card support several times. The guys from PP said that this is problem with Access Card. The guys from Access Card insisted, that this is the issue on the PayPal side. While over the phone I went step-by-step following instructions. With no effect other than error message. The only effect is that the error message has been changed (As I reported here in the most recent update)
