I ordered a bag from DinoDirect today via Paypal. The order went through on Paypal (and money's been taken) and the order 'appeared' to go through on DinoDirect website. However I have received no email to confirm and when i look in my DinoDirect Account no order is listed. To contact them you need an order number which I was not sent. If I came to this forum before I ordered (and I did look for forum reviews of this retailer before purchasing) I probably wouldn't have bothered with them. Hopefully they'll respond to my email sent to their generic 'wholesale' email address as that is the only address I found. If anyone has had experiences emailing them or paying via Paypal and it not 'appearing' to process properly, please can you share your experience? Hopefully DinoDirect will get back to me as I'd rather not dispute the payment. I'll let you know.
