I am being conned by an ebay buyer. I sold these 3 genuine Samsung cartridges, they were brand new and in Samsung manufacturer tamperproof air seal bubble shells, (I opened 1 for photo but tamperprooftape still intact) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150919050146 I am not an ink dealer, I bought these (cost over £100 for this full set new) and so I know they are brand new, I listed them BIN on ebay for £50+post (as we have changed the printer on contract so will not use them) Buyer has opened case after almost 3 weeks! saying that they were opened not sealed and are empty!!!!!!!! Clearly he has opened them, used them. and now thinks that he can return them for a full refund! Should I call just paypal to sort this out by phone? as I am clearly being conned by this buyer, or will Paypal actually LOOK at the listing and the photos, before giving him back his money after he has had free ink and delivery at my expense!!! I can't believe his cheek! He has also attached photos of the labels on the boxes saying they dont match, but they are correct and were clearly shown on the listing, the ink was bought in a multi-pack. I would like some advise as the buyer has no right to a refund, and paypal has no right under uk law to issue one in this case, as I am not prepared to let it drop.
