Most of my customers get their invoices no problem, but I have repeatedly had customers (different ones each time) say that they have not seen the invoice. They check their spam folder too. It seems erratic. After a while I have no reason to disbelieve them. I have a customer today, I re-sent three invoices, reminders, and she has received nothing an hour later. I verified the email twice. She has been with me for years and is always on time. Is there anything going on with invoices?
