Goods seller sent me did not match description so I openned a dispute, returned the goods (to China) and seller has agreed to a refund. But they are asking me to close the dispute BEFORE they will send the refund. Is this the correct procedure? If I close the dispute on PayPal and they do not refund then I understand that I cannot reopen the dispute and will have lost my money (115 GBP, including postage, plus 9.29GBP return postage which I suppose I will never get back).
