Received a letter (physical not email) from American Coradius International LLC, suggesting that I owe some $ amount to PayPal. As I have not used paypal, I am not expecting any bills/invoice/debt collection request. I wanted to file a dispute to PayPal but calling to the given CC number takes me to an endless loop of automated questions rather than letting me speak to a person (customer care representative). Somehow, I got hold of a CC representative twice but both times I was not able to file my complaint. Does anyone know any email ID or a direct number that I can call (to speak to a person) to report my concerns regarding this potential Scam/Fraud/ identity theft issue? Also let me know if anyone else encountered this issue and how did they resolve it. Is it advisable to contact to ACI rather than to PayPal. Any other suggestions? Thank you very much in advance. SK
