Paypal straight up does everything in it's power to not let me transfer my funds to my debit card, no matter if its the website or app i cant because theres a error message popping up telling me that action cannot be done in this moment? I have been trying to contact the help center but I get radio silence and i dont know what to do at this point (Reposting because I mislabeled the card, as I was using paypal's label for reference)
