I hope you're doing well. I'm a freelancer, and this is my first time using PayPal for a client payment. After receiving the payment, I was asked to provide proof of fulfillment, which I did. However, my account was permanently limited shortly after. I understand the need for security measures, but I am willing to provide any additional proof required to lift the suspension on my account.
