hello, I've sent some money and the person who received it said that my money is on hold because it's not enough. She says she has a Business Paypal account and as I've sent her 15 dollars, it's not enough. This doesn't sound right to me. I dont' know the rules of Business Paypal. So she' s asking me to add other 10 or 15 dollars to unblock this ''on hold'' situation. Thank you to anyone who can help me.
