Hiya~ Have been in and out of useless chats and phone calls to PayPal support for about an hour. I have a PayPal business account. I also have a DocuSign account. I would like to be able to accept PayPal payments there, but I cannot because it will not connect because Braintree doesn't function. NO ONE, of the six people I spoke to at PayPal, seems to know 1. What Braintree is, and 2. What DocuSign is. I understand that Braintree is SO MUCH a part of PayPal that it is now called PayPal Braintree. I also understand that it is not being run by anyone with particularily well-functioning brains, as it is impossible to contact, and no one knows what it is or how it works. I have been given phone numbers that do not ring. And I have been given email addresses that don't work. So, this is my last chance before I just give up on accepting payment through PayPal. Anyone get this to work in the last few months? If you did it over three months ago, it probably doesn't work that way anymore. Up until this interaction I must say I have loved PayPal, but now it truly seems like a mickey-mouse organization. Thanks so much~ Dianne
