I opened an account on 2021, 2023 someone sent me money and then immediately reported my paypal account, he had no reason to do that but I guess PayPal sided him because he lives in the USA and I stay in Kenya(African country). After that I requested my sister to create an account then some cash were sent there by my friend. Paypal all of a sudden asked for the documents which I sent them they they permanently limited that account also. Why are you doing this to Kenyans. Do Kenyans look like scammers to you or you just don't want us to use PayPal because I am sure I am not the only one who has that problem. In Kenya we don't have Street, or we don't live along the roads and when we provide our postal code you limit us, why?? I think PayPal is a scam
