Hello. Im new user of PayPal, how i use that PayPal.me? Really only send my friend "paypal.me/x x x x x x" with e-mail and he/she can pay me if he use PayPal? If im not use "paypal.me/x x x x x" he/she use my e-mail or phone number when pay something with PayPal? Am i understand right? Sorry this stupid question:) and bad English.
