For two weeks I cannot find my refund, which PayPal sent to closed bank account. Each time Customer Support only confirms that money was sent successfully. But it is useless investigation. How should I ask and whom in order to investigate finally money location and get those money back to my PayPal account? --------------------------------- Seit zwei Wochen kann ich meine Erstattung nicht finden, die PayPal an ein geschlossenes Bankkonto geschickt hat. Jedes Mal bestätigt der Kundensupport nur, dass das Geld erfolgreich gesendet wurde. Aber es ist sinnlos, nachzuforschen.
