I went through the run around with shopping too. They kept changing my tracking info and it was really strange. Same timeline as you in regards to shipping. I am in the process of disputing it through PayPal. I am going to send them my original receipt because it has a photo of what the product should be and then I am going to take a picture of what I got. I hope that will be enough. I’ll probably also screenshot your corny above because it matches what I went through so it will show this is happening to more than one person. PayPal supposedly has buyer protection so we shall see if they stand buy what their policy is.
