I placed an order online and paid with PayPal - only to find out it was shortly cancelled and I was refunded... in store credit. I am shocked at both actions taken but mostly the latter. I've browsed similar issues on this board and have surmised that because I didn't receive the item, PayPal has got my back in this issue. Is that true - and if so, how can I proceed?
