Hi everyone. I made 6 purchases for gaming packs using PayPal as a payment method. When communicating with the supplier only 5 packs were purchased and the 6th request was not received by them, however my bank statement reflects fee charges that are twice the amount of the purchases (12+) this includes fees charged for insufficient funds even though the account had sufficient funds for the packs. After speaking with the merchants, the issue was not on their side but the fault was with PayPal and we were able to confirm using receipts that only 5 purchases were made despite my bank statement saying 12+ purchases were made in card fees. The whole thing is weird and I’d like to know how I can get a refund for the wrongful fees charged to my account for the “ghost purchases”. My bank statement reflects more charges than purchases as well. Which is completely incorrect and wrongful. Is there an official email address for the PayPal billing team? Or anything of the sort where one can send screenshots and proof of such issues?
