Hi! So I have an open dispute and at the sametime I've been dealing with the shipper/seller. They requested that I give them more time (Chinese fall festival Oct 1st-7th and nothing happens). They're basically begging me to cancel the dispute and give them time to make things right. So, am I able to cancel my pending dispute and if they do not honor their request I can re-file (NOT re-open) the dispute? Nothing in PayPal's help/FAQ has any guidance on something like this.
