Yes I am having this issue too. Just switched to a Google Pixel 8 and now can't access the app because it crashes at the two factor authentification. I just spoke to someone at Paypal for about half and hour and she insisted that it was a problem that my phone service provider had to fix! Her other suggestion was that I keep my old phone working to continue using the app! I mean it all sounds so ridiculous now I'm writing it all down! I wondered if I could turn off the two factor temporarily from my account but that didn't seem to be an option. I guess I'll be logging into the website from my phone for the time being. I was planning to get a Zettle to take payments this year as Paypal discontinued my old card reader. This has kinda knocked my confidence in Paypal a bit tbh. They've been pretty good on the phone when i've rung them in the past. Come on Paypal! Your app is crashing, can you fix it please?
