Hi, I got permanently limited on July 7th, 2023. It's over 180 days now and I haven't heard anything reasonable from PayPal as to why I can't withdraw. I didn't get any email either. I contacted support on Facebook and Twitter. Facebook support said "Hello Mic! I’m sorry but there is no further information or detail I can provide about why the account is limited or why the funds are unavailable." I went on Twitter and this is what they said "Hello there, thank you for reaching out to PayPal. I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received an update on your funds being released. Usually, an automated process is triggered once the 180 days have passed. The only reason this might not happen is if there is an ongoing review of the account. In this situation, I can only advise you that we will contact you once we have a further update and all updates are sent to the primary email address on the account. The holding period may be extended if another limitation has recently come into effect on your account or if we require additional information. I am sorry that I cannot provide any further information to you at this time. if any additional information is shared, this will be emailed to you! Thank you for your understanding. ^" The lack of transparency surrounding the limitation has left me in a state of uncertainty. I have been a responsible user, adhering to all terms and conditions, and I am perplexed as to why my account has faced such a drastic measure. Currently I'm outside the states else I would have called them. How else can I ask paypal to process the release of my funds so we can part ways? 🤦 Using PayPal has brought nothing but regrets and pain to me. I need help from an actual PayPal support right now. I need help to process the withdrawal of my funds. It's over 180 days already. Thank you
