I purchased a product in USD currency using PayPal and a few days later I had to cancel the order. To my surprise the amount of money that was debited and credited to my credit card was significantly different, which makes me wonder why does PayPal use such criteria? The Saudi Arabia currency (SAR) does not fluctuate much in the market, but what a coincidence that the USD was substantially more expensive when I made the purchase than whe I received my refund. Can someone tell me where can I place a complaint and if there is something I can do to recover my "lost" money? I'm very disappointed at PayPal. I'm not using this platform again.
