I used to be able to send money with my Paypal balance with no problem a few days ago. But now it says "Choose a payment method to continue" and link a bank account or a credit card to continue sending money. But when I do that, half of the transaction gets charged through a card that's not mine even though I have more than enough in my paypal balance. I can't find a way to transact money using my Paypal balance, and I really need this right now or else my business will fail.
