Hello. I'm not sure how to explain this so please bear with me. I've been having a weird issue with PayPal . All my payment attempts failed with the message "Check your account at your card issuer before retrying this card". At first, I thought that there was something wrong with my linked debit card. So, I went ahead and made a test payment by purchasing something random on Ebay using my PayPal account. Surprisingly, the payment succeeded. Soon after, I went back to the website I'm trying to buy from to make another attempt. Unfortunately, I was greeted with the same error. I tried to buy the same product from another website and again it failed with the same error message. I made another attempt but this time I paid using my PayPal balance rather than my debit card and it went through. In summary, my payments using my debit card as funding source fails everywhere except for Ebay. Thanks.
