Hello everyone! I went on the Chick Fil A website to place an order. I used Paypal to make the purchase online. The order didn’t go through on their end, so they never received it. However, Paypal still charged me from my bank the full order amount. But my Chick Fil A account has no record of me ever of placing the order. I called the physical restaurant and they said they didn’t have a pending payment/order under my name in their machine, so they can’t return or refund me. Paypal says the payment is pending and has to be returned by Chick Fil A itself. I tried filing a dispute but it says I can’t file a dispute for these type of transactions. Any idea of what to do?
