I agree. I've been with PP since the beginning and this will **bleep** a lot of people up, and hopefully destroy PayPal. What a crock. I truly hope they go down in flames after 20 years. I locked my cards and will no longer use this downgraded POS financial service again. Greed. Greed Greed.
