having the same problem for MONTHS. I've emailed them multiple times, left my contact info, screenshots, talked to the "chat" help - said someone would get back to me and never did. Honey used to have the most amazing customer service until the PayPal takeover. I don't even know why they have that customer service email if literally NO ONE gets back to you. If any customer service agent is reading this, PLEASE get back to me. I have so many missing honey gold points that need updating - it's literally $200+ at least. This has been a nightmare - and what point does offering bonus cash back and never receiving it (or any responses) become false advertising or fraud?? I haven't left any outside reviews as a courtesy because I know getting new owners - a lot of things can get lost in the shuffle.
