Go to your account settings and go down to "Money, banks and cards". If you want to remove an account, click on edit beside the card, scroll down and click on remove. To add a new card, click on "link a new card" and you should be able to add your new details. I hope this helps.

I have just recently set up a Business PayPal account and have received an email to add to my account further information. This is due to the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act. The instructions in the email state that I should click on the button at the bottom of the email to update the information. When I click on the link I keep getting the message that something went wrong. I've found some further instructions that tell me to click on the dashboard link and then the Notifications icon, and follow the instructions. I can't see the Notifications icon either. I'm concerned about this as I don't want any limitations put on my account or have to wait ages for funds. Does anyone have a work around for this please?
