I have been using Paypal for over 10 years as the WHMCS payment gateway to our established small Webhosting business. After some client complained that they could not make their invoices, I saw Paypal email stating that my account is permanently limited! I could not think of any unusual activity. Actually we did not have any new customers for over a year. So I thought the only 'incident' that might have triggered Paypal to red flag us was a Coffee purchase that I made using the account (out of laziness I did not use my personal account). Now we are in limbo and $2500+ fund on the account is frozen for no obvious reason. I emailed Paypal's message center about this and asked for a review but got a bilerplate answer telling me that it is their 'commercial judgement'. As a long time client, I find this treatment utterly unfair and rude. I even could not find a phone number to discuss the issue with a support person in Paypal about this. I'm an EU citizen. I appreciate any of your hints about this.
