I purchased a watch from BestBuy for $137 using partial PayPal Reward Points redeemed for cash of $120 and my credit card for the $17 difference. I returned the watch. BestBuy refunded the credit card immediately for $17 but the PayPal reward cash of $120 never reappeared in my Wallet. The transaction appears in my account as the full $137 refunded. I can't file a issue/claim on a refund on the website. PayPal customer service has been of no help for the last 2 weeks by Chat. No one calls me or emails me back. They just say they are going to "get with their Higher department" and nothing ever happens. Any suggestions?
