Hi,
I run a small game online and accept payments through paypal for some virtual 'credits'.
I have a PHP integrated setup which allows me to log and automatically distribute the credits to players accounts, and all this works just fine. My problem is that PayPal seem to want to constantly find ways to put my payments on hold. First it was for a 'New Seller', which I get. Then for an unusual value of transactions when in fact the amounts had been purchased several times before. Now I seem to have reached some limit on the amount per month. Each of these times I have read and understood that marking my payments as processed (or providing a tracking number) would release the funds quicker.
I provide a digital service and the measures in place don't favour those of us who do, as marking as processed without providing a tracking number does nothing in these instances. It relies on the customer going into an email, or paypal account and finding an obscure link to mark as 'Received' before this would take effect. While also requiring me to enter my account and marking these items as processed.
This all leads me to the question at hand being:
Is there any way to integrate into my setup a form of auto processing of the payment to mark as 'Processed' on completion of payment? The same way my database gets the update to mark as Completed and pay out the credits?
I have an older PHP integration so I understand this may not be a done thing, but if I were to be assured this would save me time in the future, I would certainly think about updating the integration I have.
